People Plaza helps you remember the people in your life. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How it’s stored

Your plaza is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud) in the United States. Only you and the people you invite can read it. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Claude features

When you use “Tell Claude who you met” or “Ask Claude to arrange,” the text you wrote and the relevant parts of your plaza (names, relationships, and groups) are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to produce the answer. Anthropic processes this to provide the service under its commercial terms. You approve what Claude suggests before anything is saved.

Guest pages

If you make a guest page for an event, the event name, date, table names, and guest names on it can be seen by anyone who has the link. Nothing else from your plaza is shown. Deleting the event removes its guest page.

Advertising and cookies

There are no ads inside your plaza. Our public pages, such as the home page and guest pages, may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Signing in uses cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in.

Your choices

California residents have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and we don’t sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

Children

People Plaza is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and contact
